I did lower body focus today. It suggests doing lower body focus and cardio but I didn’t do that for two reasons. 1. I have to get ready for work right after this and 2. I have a 5k on Sunday and I don’t want my legs to be burned out. Tomorrow I’ll stretch and Sunday I’ll run.
The abs circuit was difficult yesterday (because I have no ab strength…) but I really like lower body focus and the others. Cardio felt too easy, but I do feel like I’m getting a pretty good workout. I think I burn about 350 cal every video but I didn’t wear my HR monitor for abs or lower body blast, so I’ll have more accurate information on that tomorrow.
I’m not expecting to lose any weight this week since I’ve been eating like absolute crap still. Baby steps, right?
