SALT SPRING COFFEE TRAINING WITH VILLAGE&CO.

Our new client, Salt Spring Coffee, was kind enough to have us Village People to their HQ for ‘How to make the perfect espresso’ espresso training and a 101 on coffee bean roasting.

Here, at Village&Co., we’re huge coffee enthusiasts but admittedly are most intimately familiar with the drinking part. Learning the details of what happens from farm to cup was not only fascinating, but heartening in that the process is still very much hands on with craft and pride at the forefront.
