Free standing handstand push-ups. I haven’t worked on these yet but they are my challenge this month. Next week I’ll be knocking out sets! But this week…it’s all awkward movement in practicing the skill. There’s always a period of awkward movement before the good movement. It’s OK to look funny and feel funny when learning new things, it’s the only way to get to the goal!
