We have to thank ‘My Music’ for me discovering this one, DFTBA
Yet some more video game soundtrack music that I feel like sharing. Today is a piece from Dragon Quest VIII, the first of the series I encountered. And this piece id befitting of the scenario. It also shows the talent of Koichi Sugiyama and shows that not all music from video games sucks.
Not my favourite piece of music from the film, but definitely at the top. This track really embodies the feel of the film. A sort of nihilism, full of noir. The sax is really good, dynamic.

Now this is really excellent. Just went and bought it along w/ pre-ordering her next album (Co-Produced by Blood Orange - Another one of my favourite artist.) Solange is Beyoncé’s sister for those who don’t know and I much prefer Solange to Beyoncé, personally, although I do enjoy Beyoncé. I like the more electronic/synth feel of the music and her new album -True - has that feel to it.
I recommend a listen.
Track No. 1 from the new album from ‘Local Natives’. Yet another excellent track that you should listen to. Lyrics are pretty sad, but that adds to the music.

5 Years of Vocaloid!
I decided today to visit a site I haven’t in a long while - Nico Nico Douga - A Japanese video sharing site similar to that of Youtube or Vimeo.
Well I went on there today and decided to take a look at the Vocaloid charts only to find out that there has been 5 years of Voca-Music made by a large community worldwide.
The video, however, surrounds only that of the main star ‘Hatsune Miku’, which is a little disappointing, but nontheless the video is cool
So here it is, And I almost died at around 7 mins in, and some parts could be say a little, adult? Anyway here it is!

A song I heard on ‘My Music News’. Instantly fell in love with it. I quite enjoy the lyrics as well. And as a disclosure, if you can’t read the beginning, this video, specifically, can cause epileptic seizures.
