People find me brave for going to Japan alone.

    I don’t see it as being brave, but more like going after the things I want.
    I have the time now with no one to keep in mind.

    Going alone was also a conscious choice, because I didn’t want to be held back by someone.

    I remember going to Disneyland with my then boyfriend and his friends. I went on 1 ride of the entire day. Safe to say it was pretty disappointing.

    Going to Japan will be another dream that I can cross off my list, and I don’t even anxious about going by myself. Plus I’m pretty sure I’ll meet lots of people, but most importantly, I’ll get a lot of new experiences and also learn more about my own abilities in the process. It’s a win/win.
