~ Bumbleberry Loves ~ Orange Peel Jello Shots
It’s been awhile since I have encountered a Jello shot. I think the last time I had one, or have even seen one for that matter, was probably a Western Frat party circa 2004.
After discovering these grown up Orange Peel Jello shots, I think it might be time for a revival. It works with lemons too!
Ingredients 2 oranges 1 package orange-flavored Jello (or a variety of flavours!) ½ cup Vodka
Directions Slice oranges in half. Using a spoon, scoop out all the flesh. In a medium bowl, add Jello and ½ cup boiling water. When Jello has dissolved, add vodka. Pour liquid Jello into orange halves. Refrigerate for approximately 4 hours, or until firm. To serve, slice each half into 3 wedges. REMEMBER, YOU ARE SERVING SOLID BOOZE.
