dear beard diary,

I'm about one month in at this point, which is much longer than I have ever gone without shaving.  The hair on my face is very blonde so it does not show up well on camera.  The bulk of the hair is definitely under my chin though, which is kind of frustrating.  Once again my genetics are at odds with my ego, but there is not much I can do about that.  It seems that no matter how old I get, the sting of having embarrassing genetics never seems to fade.   You'd think I would be used to that by now.  I wonder if the beard will keep growing longer or if this is the end of the road.  I'll check in again soon.
