A client-focused realtor with more than 25 years of experience at a number of leading real estate firms, Leslie Kavanaugh currently works as a real estate agent with Sotheby’s International Realty. Before joining the team at Sotheby’s, Ms. Kavanaugh learned about the fundamentals of real estate at the Jon Douglas Company, where she served as a Manager and Estates Director for several years. Throughout her career, Leslie Kavanaugh has received awards and commendations for her accomplishments in the field of real estate, including membership in The California 100 and the National President’s Circle.

Before becoming a real property consultant, Leslie Kavanaugh worked as an interior designer and teacher in Southern California. She attended college at the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority. She ultimately graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, and later pursued a graduate degree in teaching from the same institution. After completing her education, Ms. Kavanaugh accepted an offer to become a teacher at El Rodeo School, which she attended in her youth.

In addition to her professional endeavors in education and real estate, Leslie Kavanaugh maintains an active role in numerous community service organizations. For nearly two decades, Ms. Kavanaugh served on the Board of Trustees of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters. She also chaired the organization’s primary fundraiser for many years and was one of the few women to participate on the executive committee. Leslie Kavanaugh served for two years as the President of the Friends of Robinson Gardens, an organization dedicated to conserving the Southern California landmark as well as teaching children about the importance of environmental and historical stewardship.
