Pokemon Delta Emerald could be a thing ⊟
We’re basing this thing possibility on Nintendo and Game Freak registering a trademark for Pokemon Delta Emerald in Japan. There was also a domain registration for Pokemon Delta Emerald at the same times as Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire were registered.
Don’t take this as a guarantee that the game is coming out, despite these screenshots from a prototype spotted on presidential letterhead no less (posted by Tea Time Bro a couple of weeks ago). Serebii notes:
“This trademark registration is not likely to be indicative of a game release, but rather covering bases in a similar manner to the registration of Pokémon Water Blue back in 2004 and numerous other Pokémon names over the past 10 years including Pokémon Grey.”
