Ghost Camera dramatic short movie. I know this is 12 minutes long, and it begins like a standard promotional clip with Japanese girls playing the latest 3DS game from the Fatal Frame team, but trust me, it starts to turn into something else. It’s definitely worth watching if you’re interested in the game, or Japanese horror films. Very awesome way to promote Ghost Camera!
The 8-4 Play folks talk a little about this game in their latest podcast, and I was surprised to hear how popular “finding ghosts in photos” is in Japan – like, apparently there are TV series and tourist attractions around the phenomenon? Maybe they care more about spirits over there because Asian ghosts happen to be a million times more creepy than Western ones.
On a related note, Capcom released a new viral video for Resident Evil: Revelations that’s pretty interesting, too.
