Sonic the Hedgehog and Helen from Sonic X (the cartoon). This totally should have been one of the drivable vehicles selected for Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing.

Any time I think of this kart racing game, I can’t help but complain about all the great Sega characters that didn’t make the cut: ToeJam & Earl, Shenmue’s Nozomi Harasaki, and of course Saturn mascot Segata Sanshiro. Fortunately, I’m used to Sega disappointing me.
