With this game’s fan-translation patch now out, a lot of people are looking to import a copy of Fatal Frame IV, since this homebrew hack won’t work with pirated versions. The patch is really clever that way, and it’s made so you can use it without installing any extra hardware on your Wii – just copy the patch onto an SD card, run the patch installer, insert the imported game, and play!
Now, the problem is that with demand for Japanese copies so high, Play Asia is already out of stock and is apparently informing customers that it does not plan to replenish its supply. A few other import sites still have copies, but they’re very expensive:

With HMV, for example, you still need to pay tax and around $13.36 to deliver it to the U.S. You also have the option of buying from eBay, but as of posting, there are currently no copies listead on the auction site. There’s a guide book, though, with a starting price of $50.
