Zemina Family Card, an adapter for playing Famicom games on MSX systems. I stumbled across this while trying (in vain) to find a higher resolution version of this Korean Devil World ad that rips off Metal Gear’s NES cover, which itself is a ripoff of The Terminator.
The device has its own audio and video outputs, so you’d essentially use your MSX console as a controller. This guy actually threw an NES-to-FC adapter on the accessory:
Add a Game Genie and any other accessories that will fit in there, and you might just rival the Sega tower!
