Murasaki Baby, Samurai Gunn videos ⊟
These were the two biggest question marks for me, having followed the Sony press conference yesterday solely via Twitter and liveblogs, so I looked up the trailers and thought you would want to see them as well.
The creepy Murasaki Baby is the first game by Ovosonico, a studio headed by Massimo Guarini, who directed Shadows of the Damned. With that pedigree, I’m down. The trailer looks interesting too, with spooky-cute visuals and a touch-controlled Pac-Man 2 thing happening.
Samurai Gunn is an indie game I’ve heard talked up in very glowing terms, though never in specific terms as to what it actually is. So I looked up this video of Evan Balster and Terry Cavanagh playing it at Fantastic Arcade – an event I totally attended, and yet never saw this game at.
And hooooooly crap is this up my alley. It’s fast-paced Smash Bros.-esque sword duels! I want to play this immediately!
