Andrew Keen will be in H-FARM on 25th June to present his new book “Digital Vertigo” where the author explain social media revolution as the most wrenching cultural transformation since the Industrial Revolution.
Keen, entrepreneur and author, leading actor of Web 2.0 in the nineties and now collaborator with influencers such as TechCrunch and CNN, think that the current Internet culture and the Web 2.0 trend may be debasing culture. In 2006 Keen wrote that Web 2.0 is a “grand utopian movement” similar to “communist society” as described by Karl Marx, because that the gap between experts and amateurs is to short now.
