Bird After Bird cover reveal later today
If you’d like to see the cover to my upcoming New Adult romance, then sign up for my email list, because I will be emailing it later.
Did you know…?
Illinois residents can order their vanity plates online in this cool interface?
I was just checking to see if this was a valid plate, for Bird After Bird:
Oh, Facebook, where art thou?
Today was the first highly productive day sans FB I’ve had in weeks. I wrote (Bird After Bird), I published (A Unique Rabbit and other projects), I fixed previously published things that were messed up, I dealt with publishing-related emails, I *did* stuff.
At one point today (in the shower, where my muse hangs out), I realized I was going off on a mental tangent about the old saw “God doesn’t give us more than we can handle.” I realized while combing through my long wet hair (where my muse always hands off her ideas to her spindly little workers) that this exact line of thought was the sort of thing Laurie Byrd would write to Sylvia about…so I did it for him. Chapter Six, in the can!
It was a triumph because at that point I really thought I was done working for the day.
I’ve been sick for a few weeks. I thought I was better after the first week because I wasn’t vomiting anymore, but I was sicker than I thought. Off to talk to a specialist soon. I’ll be okay. I know I will be because I still have days like today in me.
It wasn’t because I disabled my FB accounts, but that didn’t hurt one bit.
I MISS MY FRIENDS LIKE CRAZY! But this is still good for me and as long as it’s not broke, I’ll keep not fixing it.
If you miss me back, just drop me an email. I love getting texts, too.
Birds of Indiana
Just a couple of links, and a photo I used today while working on something:
Nutty Birder Great little bird blog for Indiana folks! I am learning a lot.
50 Little Birds Artistic, beautiful. What’s not to love?
