Is the problem with discussion forums the anonymity people hide behind? Would trolls wade in with such massive boots if you could look them in the eye? New social video site Ticckle relies on your face to raise the standard of chat - record a 30-second point of view (reads ‘rant’ in some cases) and let others respond with voices, not just words.

Ticckle has received inevitable approval from Stephen Fry and launched as an app last weekend. They say we’ll like it. But then they also say that disagreement is fun, so you work it out.
