So… Spider Man: Turn Off the Dark has been “reimagined” and is coming back to Broadway

The first time around, despite having spent millions on the production, Spider Man: Turn Off the Dark was a flop, a sham, a shame and a disaster. Reviews were mediocre, actors were getting seriously injured left and right, performances were delayed or canceled and it seemed like the only reason people were even buying tickets was with the hope that they’d see someone break their pelvis. And then Julie Taymor left the production and it was all put on hold.

But it’s back, baby!

Yes, really. They’re advertising it as bigger and better, with new music and a new plot, but nothing about “safer”. So maybe you still might have a chance to see some injuries if you’re lucky.

Order your tickets now and be the first to see the brand-new version of Broadway’s musical spectacular–with new music, new scenes and a whole new take on the mind-blowing theatrical adventure. Songwriting superstars Bono & The Edge of U2 have joined forces with a new team of artists to bring this sensation to even greater heights. Be there.
