Joe Biden becomes the highest ranking American politician to support marriage equality
While I understand the touchy political nature for Barack Obama of endorsing gay marriage, it would be nice if he gave his support. But this weekend on Meet the Press, VP Joe Biden said that he was absolutely comfortable with the idea of gay marriage. Obama has supported civil unions, but not yet the idea of full marriage equality.
I am absolutely comfortable with the fact that men marrying men, women marrying women and heterosexual men marrying women are entitled to the same exact rights.
