Furry from Pittsburgh tries to legally change his name to “Boomer the Dog”
Gary Guy Matthews of Pittsburgh recently put in a motion to have his name legally changed to “Boomer the Dog”, based on an obsession on a TV show from his childhood with the same name. And he just so happens to be a Furry, whose friends already call him Boomer the Dog.
The judge overseeing the request has yet to rule on whether Gary can be Boomer, saying that he will rule against it if “it causes confusion in the community” or “may cause unintended consequences” or if it’s just too weird. Also, he has an awful haircut that looks like he’s never washed it after getting it slicked down with sweat from his furry dog head. Ewww.
