Where do you get your hair inspiration?
I work for Hairdressers Journal magazine, so I spend all my time surrounded by beautiful imagery and am lucky enough to go to lots of hair shows and see the masters at work. Otherwise inspiration comes from all the stylish people who live in my area of London (New Cross = art students = good hair), all the crap on my Google reader, 60s girl groups, random bits I find on Tumblr….

Ronnie Spector, Brigitte Bardot, Cher and those 60s girl groups again.
What are your top 3 hair products?
Pre-Game Texture Spray, Moroccanoil by the gallon and Kevin Murphy Wave Clips - my new obsession.
What’s your most memorable hairstyle?
A white blonde wig I wore for a fancy dress party as Gwen Stefani - it’s the one colour my hair has never been but I loved it. I’m far too lazy for the maintenance of going blonde for real!
