On Monday it was my pleasure to be the studio guest of James Norton’s Supertaster daily for chow.com. We tried out the new Thor single malt Scotch from Highland Park’s Valhalla collection.
It was a lovely whiskey but not as harsh as one might expect from Thor, but still, its a fantastic dram!
