Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are a great, quick and easy way to up your vegetable quota for the day. Although they often don’t look that appealing, the right combination can have them tasting delicious. If you’re new to green smoothies try adding half a frozen banana to the mix below, or ½ a cup of frozen berries for a milder (and less green looking) smoothie. 

- 1 cup spinach 
- 1 cup kale 
- ½ a kiwi 
- 1/3 of a cucumber
- ½ cup coconut water 
- 2 tsp LSA mix

Top with water or almond milk and blend till smooth. Tip, if your blender is struggling to chop through this bunch, try blending just the kale and spinach with the coconut water first before adding the rest of the ingredients. Full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to kick start your day!
