Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables has already been set to stage and screen, and now it’s hitting the trifecta with a television debut.
Though Victor Hugo’s novel has been adapted for the screen countless times, the incredibly successful Broadway musical version of the story has somehow not yet been made into a movie.

And she [understudied] for Fantine. So my first time seeing the show was when she was the factory girl, and my second time seeing the show was when she played Fantine. I’ve been hired into the family business – of simulating prostitution and death.
