There’s going to be a lot more room at the inn over the next few years as developers shake off the remnants of the recession and enter an aggressive phase of hotel construction in metro Denver. Nearly 1,200 new hotel rooms are expected to come on line in the metro area in 2013, and developers are planning to add a similar number of rooms in 2014 and 2015.
