Anonymous asked: "she never openly stated her beliefs on gay people" well maybe not very specific but she was in Anti-LBGT hate PSA video and wrote a piece supporting Lawrence King, the 15 year old transgender student who was murdered. Back when she was 16 there was an interview where they brought up the 'gay' lyric in PTB and she said she has nothing against gay people at all and it was meant as her telling a lie to her friends b.c the guy told a lie about her to his friends.

oh cool! I knew about some of those things, I guess a lyric supporting it is just a different kind of support! Obviously she supports gay people since she has a lot of gay fans, I just thought it was awesome that there’s a lyric for it (supposedly). But all of that other stuff is awesome as well :)
