Listening to his rhythmic cadence is like taking a long bath (except that’s a bad metaphor for me, since I’ve never been a huge fan of baths). It’s like a relaxing massage, a comforting blanket; it’s like…a reason to be happy!

He just sounds so calm, yet interested; so eager to learn and yet so wise already. It doesn’t even matter what he is saying, except that I makes me want to hear every word—even if I don’t care about the subject at hand. 

I like listening to him on a lazy summer day in the sun, but I also love curling up inside on an awful winter day and letting his verbal gait wander around the space and into my ears.  In fact, he’s kinda like ice cream—so good to have, no matter what the season.
