Yin Yang Yummers Salad: This salad is excellent for winter for it’s combo of cooked and raw foods and it’s spleen strengthening properties.

-In a pan or saucer place 1 chopped carrot, 1 stalk celery chopped, diced white onion, diced broccoli.
-Stir til semi soft and add ½ cup to full cup of cooked quinoa. Add pepper and optionally hot flakes to taste.
-Serve over bib lettuce dressed in olive oil and balsamic.
-Top with ½ a salted avocado.
