IMMUNITY SOUP!  We could all use this now I bet - and it is so simple.

In a pot sautee olive oil, garlic, white onion chopped.  Add Kale and cover with a lid.  Chop 10 baby carrots, 2 stalks celery, 1 potato. Add 3 cups of chicken stock (or make your own in the above) to the pot and then add the chopped veggies.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Cover with a lid and cook until all veggies are tender.  

For a purely vegetarian version, use vegetable stock or a combination of tomato paste and water such as here in CHATA SOUP.  If you are in between vegetarian and not, use the chicken stock  made with organic chicken and the bones so you get the nutrients, but pick around the meat.

Either way - tis good for you!
