USER SUBMISSION: Misinformed

After being on hold for 40min I was told by a customer service rep, from the “Trust and Saftey” department, that I’d be able to increase my selling limit as a new user.  Initially excited, I raced to my computer to begin selling more items.  To my dismay, the error message, “YOU’VE EXCEEDED YOUR LIMIT” was still present for my attempted listing.  After 40 more minutes of waiting to speak to a different rep, from the “Trust and Safety” department, I was told that I had been MISINFORMED.  They assured me that they’d “Coach” the rep and said this was a rare occurrence.  It happened 2 more times that same day…I FUCKING HATE EBAY and their INCOMPETENT OUTSOURCED PIECE OF SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!
