Before the Oculus Rift, in 1993, Sega developed a VR title on Model 1 utilizing an HMD with the help of British company Virtuality, who had already brought out several VR arcade titles. As it was released near the end of model 1, very few units made it out into the wild. This is the only known recovered unit today in the world.
