I’m baaaack! Seventh in my Mass Effect tarot series! Legion bb as The Hermit. Full of self-reflection and introspection, Legion is the perfect Hermit. They wonder if they have a soul, and their place in the galaxy. Plus, the card usually features a man with a lantern, and, well… Legion’s got one built in.
The Hermit: This card represents introspection and self-reflection. Taking time away to really delve within yourself and discover meaning and purpose—evaluating your personal goals and path.

Eighth card in my Mass Effect tarot series is done! Sovereign as The Devil, with Saren and Benezia the classically depicted man and woman enslaved. I originally had The Illusive Man for this card, but saw him better fit for The Moon card. The Devil represents enslavement to raw desires, fear, and giving in to temptation and attachment, which Saren and Benezia both did (albeit later being indoctrinated).
The Devil: This card can mean enslavement, feeling trapped, temptation. The Devil taps into your shadow self and instant gratification at the expense of long term sustainability. It can highlight the fear your feel of breaking free of the control of The Devil. The man and woman typically have loose chains, which they could easily escape from if only they chose to reject the shadow self’s temptation and fear.

Fourth in my Mass Effect tarot series! Ashley as Death. I wanted this piece to be a bit more literal, as Ash looks over her shoulder, coming to terms with her end—embracing it in the fading light of Virmire.
Death: Death is a highly misunderstood card. It represents mortality and endings, but also change and transformation. Death is a powerful card and signals a major life phase ending and a new one beginning.

I made my second card for my Mass Effect Tarot series! I’m definitely going back and redoing Liara’s The Star, but I’m very happy how this one turned out.
The High Priestess: High Priestess is a card of mystery, stillness and passivity. She is the guardian of the subconscious mind and the teacher of sacred knowledge and hidden mysteries. This card suggests that it is time to retreat and reflect upon the situation, and trust your inner instincts to guide you through it.

Fifth in my Mass Effect tarot series! Miranda as The Empress. She is so fitting as the feminine, mother figure (I mean she literally brought Shepard to life again and watches over her).
The Empress: This card typically represents femininity, nurturing, and creative expression. It urges you to get in touch with your sensitivity and femininity. It is also the strongest card for fertility and pregnancy.

The Emperor: He is the father figure of the tarot deck. He symbolizes strength, success, leadership, and confidence, and could also mean adopting fatherly roles. The Emperor also represents using power to protect those you care about.

My first tarot in my Mass Effect Major Arcana tarot series! The Star card represents hope, purpose, renewal. It is the guiding light after your most difficult struggle. And who better to represent that than Liara, who has the utmost hope and faith in her Commander, and herself is a shining star, guiding Shepard home.
