This was from a recent shoot I did for a recipe book.

This was shot with a Canon 60D with a 50mm F/1.4 USM lens. It was shot 1/60 sec at F/2.8. The lighting is all natural light using foam core for fill. It was shot raw and I used Adobe Lightroom for color processing and to remove a few extra pieces of gristle.
