The East Baltimore Student Documentary was born as a result of Denise Parker, CEO of Fulfilling the Promise Consulting having a desire and passion to give back to the youth growing up in East Baltimore. The documentary project provided youth who were part of the Freedom Schools Summer project (through Elev8) at Collington Square Middle School an opportunity to cultivate the skills necessary to create a documentary.
