I’m at a friends’ house hanging out and I’ve met two new people who seem cool, but when I was trying to think of a song to entertain them during an extended silence, I couldn’t think of a SINGLE song to play for them - like, none of my song choices would be anything that they would enjoy… and that makes me sad. one of the reasons I love sharing music so much is wanting the listener to feel the same excitement, the same sadness… and I can’t even think of ONE SONG??? oh my god I’m in the beginning stages of my eventual musical retirement..! 0_0
