Day 17 - Part 2 - Lift after work.  Good workout

Day 18 - Saturday, March 3rd - run from USole with Mark A, 8+ miles

Day 19 - Sunday, March 4th - run with Chris W.  8+ miles with a 2 mile tempo, 1 mile rest/jog, and 1 mile fast incorporated in the middle.  Good, hard workout.  Lifted later in the afternoon.

Day 20 - Lift, Day 21 - rest

Day 22, Wednesday, March 7th - run with Mark A from West Loop gym.  Steady 8 mile run.  Lifting after work.
