Morning Lift - Preseason track workout - 3 x 5 reps.  Good workout.  Seeing results even if it’s turning into a defensive back results.  Will be a good base for the hard training to come.  Not going to break any marathon records at 168 but may gain some speed on the track.

Ran 8 with Mark A. after work.  Good run.  Averaged around 7 min/mile.
