Chinatown is moving and changing. The folks behind the Flats of Georgia decided to celebrate and recognize those improving and changing the neighbourhood for the better.I had the privilege of speaking and judging the nominees for the Heart of Chinatown community campaign with socialite Frances Hui (middle) and city councillor Dr. Kerry Jang (right).
