1. Uhm…something like ~2 minutes? I think I read that on the Internet somewhere once or whatever. I mean, basically, listen to your body? For these sets, I’m lifting at ~70-75% of my 1RM, so I’m going to be struggling to put up weight at the end of my sets. It’s important to rest/recover enough that I can give the same amount of effort in the following sets. That’s pretty much it, I think.

    And yeah. I hate upper body stuff because I’m bad at it. :(
