This is a perfect example of a tutorial that could be super easy or more advanced. And it all comes back to my favourite fabric - ruffle! This is what I consider a really flirty skirt. To get a bit more ‘pouf’, wear a slip underneath. I’m going on eBay and etsy now to try and find some pretty ruffle fabric to make this. Plus: elastic waist. Heaven!
