Noah, Darren Aronofsky’s new film. I decided to sit through it last night. Got about ten minutes into the film and started thinking to myself that they ran out of story and just started making things up. Giant multi armed boulder monsters? Armadillo horses? Luckily I had my jack and coke to numb the confusion. A bit later into the film Hermione (Emma Watson), showed up and distracted me from the convoluted plot in the background. The film was good, just a bit embellished. It had a great cast, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins, and Logan Lerhman. There are some pretty intense fight scenes and some almost plausible answers to possible ways the ark could have happened. Just disregard Russell Crowe singing, again, and you’ll enjoy the movie and just be mildly confused by the end.
