Aaaaaaaand Kuvira is basically Hitler
Someone is like Hitler if he commits genocides while conquering the world, not for being a conqueror (if that was only he did, he would not be half as infamous as there were countless conquerors in history).
Kuvira herself is basically Napoleon Bonaparte who too used to be a General (like Kuvira) who rose to power in a land where Monarchy was abolished, turned into a Revolutionary Dictator (like Kuvira) who crushed everyone in his way (like Kuvira), turned the whole world against him as they wanted to restore the old Monarchy in his country (like Kuvira) but still brought some good to lands he conquered (like Kuvira).
