Sorry, “Blurred Lines,” but our new song of the summer is Cookie Monster’s “Me Want It (But Me Wait),” a spoof of Icona Pop’s “I Love It,” and love it, we do. Every weekend should start with a Muppet dance party.
So one of the younger people at Hulu asked a few of us who are (ahem) of a certain age if we ever owned vinyl records. A couple of us copped to having some albums by the Muppets and the Sesame Street disco album when we were kids which sent everyone to the Internet where we were able to revisit the glory and wonder that was…Cookie Monster, Disco Diva.
