Jeet Kune Do: Jab 3
Rear jab: This move is done like the lead-jab but with your rear fist and more force. When arm is fully extended your body leans into it and rear foot lifts to the toes when done that will be maximum power. Finger jab: This is done the same way as the jab but with only speed and a open hand with fingers straight like a spear and attacking with your middle finger to the eye. Low jab: This is usually done low to the stomach but, i say it should target the shoulder or chest. It must go to those 2 areas to avoid catching a knee-strike when going to the stomach.
