Jeet Kune Do: Most Common Kick: Roundhouse

To start stand straight, bring one foot forward and leave the other behind, bend your knees a little and have rear foot facing sideways away from the other.  Bring front foot up to toes then swing the stiff leg upward diagonally between the chest and hip of your partner.  When you start to kick just go forward don’t bring your foot backwards.  Start slow until you get the technique down then go fast.  Make sure you give a hard exhale for power when you strike and also stay relaxed.

In reality their are no rules or restrictions so if your attacker happens to be on his or her knees kick the head if you got a clear shot to the groin it’s your choice.
