Jeet Kune Do: Knee Striking
With this first one all you have to do is throw your knee forward to strike the hip, thigh or groin of the target. The second targets the stomach by bringing your hip forward while lifting knee up in a diagonal line. The last is done by throwing your knee straight up which is good as a counter when someone tries to take you down by the legs or low punches you to stomach. This technique is great at close range.
