Will you look at that?! Tracking and eating better DOES lead to weight loss! Who knew?!?!
You may have guessed, but I’ll tell you anyway, that I had a great weigh in! The scale showed a 2.4 pound lost! Hey-oh! That brings my total pounds lost back to 52!
This loss definitely motivated me to keep going. Sometimes a good loss makes me feel like I can slack off for a couple of days, but right now I’m going strong and I want to keep it that way!
A couple things to note about this past week…..I kept my promise, to my leader and myself, that I would track every single day! She gave me seven bravo stickers last week to help motivate me. I definitely felt like I had to earn those darn stickers! I was really happy that I was able to track even though I was out of town for a long weekend. We ate seven meals out at restaurants (I had breakfast at the hotel) and I still was able to stay on plan. I used all of my activity points (only seven) and all but seven of my weekly points. I usually like to have about 14 WPs leftover for miscalculations, but eating out can be quite high in points. Either way, I’m happy ecstatic with a 2.4 pound loss!
