Well, not really what I wanted to see, but not completely surprising. I gained 1.4 pounds this week, bringing my total to 54 pounds lost.
I know that I ate a lot this weekend. We celebrated our anniversary on Friday with an epic meal at Morton’s. And although I did my best to track everything, we ate out a few other times so I guessed on a few meals. But I did track everything, so that is a win. I also know that shark week is coming and I’m retaining water like ca-razy. Ugh, I feel terrible!
My goal this week is to really focus on tracking and meeting my GHGs. That kind of fell by the wayside this week and I really need to pay more attention to it. Especially the water!
I also need to work on getting more sleep. I’m an 8+ hours of sleep a night kind of gal and if I get less than that I really suffer. I’ve been fighting a bad cough/cold (going to the doc tomorrow!) and I know more sleep will help me feel better. I’ve already started focusing on this and today I even woke up before my alarm!
