My breakfast game is back!

This morning I woke up excited to make a delicious breakfast for myself. I sat in bed and tracked what I would have and then I got to cooking. I love that I can pull a healthy and yummy breakfast together in less than 20 minutes.

I really want to get back to drinking smoothies for breakfast. I lost the majority of my weight when I would have one awesome smoothie in the morning, every morning. Today I started with half smoothie, half omelette, but I will definitely be upping my smoothie game.

The smoothie contained: ½ unsweetened almond milk, half banana, 1T PB2, 3T uncooked oats, 4 strawberries, and a small handful of blueberries.

The omelette contained: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, onion, spinach, 1 reduced fat string cheese, salt and pepper.

Add in a cup of coffee and I’m off to a great start this morning!! I even packed lemon water, a banana, and some mozzarella for a snack today. SO MOTIVATED!
