PB + J Yogurt
I saw THIS POST over at Skinnytaste the other day and knew I needed to try it! I love Greek yogurt, I love peanut butter and I love PB + Js! Perfection!
What all is in there you may ask? Greek yogurt (I realllllllly don’t like Chobani, so I used Fage which I adore), PB2, reduced sugar grape jelly, cut up grapes, and peanuts.
The verdict is that it was little higher in points for a snack that I usually like to have, but overall I really liked the flavor! The peanuts, PB2 and Greek yogurt kept me full for quite a while and the grapes helped bulk it up. I think this would make a great breakfast item!
